With over 13 years work experience in workforce management, Fosua is the Head of Human Resource. She is an Inspirational Team Leader who brings vibrancy into shaping our organizational culture.
She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners.
Prior to joining the UECSL Team, she worked in an Administrative capacity with Witscom Ltd, an ICT company.
She believes the only way to stay ahead of competition is through superb client service and customer relation and as such the workforce must be trained, developed, equipped, motivated and empowered to consistently deliver excellence.
